I feel ya. I have 3 special needs and they acted out all at once at costco. I was so embarrassed. people whosoever, watching et. I just wanted to run out crying.
This is what we should all be doing. A little patience and understanding goes a long way

I was at McDonalds one day when an autistic teenager decided to "act" up kicking yelling why... because his mom asked him to get up off the floor. you have to be a super mom to handle this...thank God she does....I couldn't. .

I would have stood behind him and smiled and been in aww. and of course made it a point to remember who those employees were and to write the Corporate a sternly delivered approval of their employees actions and advice of giving them more responsibility they're the kind of people you want in your organization

My friend had a nonverbal Autistic child then at the age of 5 she started speaking in complete sentences. The emotion the family had was overwhelmingly touching. She still has a few struggles but can now verbally communicate. My love to all parents and children affected by autism. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
