I would have asked for a refund for everything and took my money to a store where people actually appreciate my business. People don’t have to stand for insults and fraudulent claims. Just do business somewhere else! There’s good people out there that own wonderful places with great customer service representatives that will love to accept your business with them. It appeared that the police were summoned by the store. Because they suspected that the person did eighteen was in the act of stealing her shop lifting. the police officer, I believe, handled this very professionally and did not escalate anything after he identified and verified that deep prayers, one person had a receipt that matched the items the person had in his bag. the only persons that are culpable would be the story. It's myself because, you know, they were the ones that brought this officer on to this person.
if he had a receipt the entire time how did it even get this far?

😲 That happened to a friend of mine a well-known department store held her against her will and guns were drawn on her. They went through her purse and found her receipts she won't a huge case against that department store.

It sounds like the store personnel had him detain you so you should be suing Macys and they can afford to pay because it happens in all their stores. They train the employees to call police if they feel threatened or think someone is stealing. He did apologize and he was very nice about it and had no problem giving his information.
