Have seen a Rottweiler play catch with kitten (literally) kitten was the "ball" being thrown from one end to the other. In fact was axing dinner with in-laws, and dog had a couple of small blankets in back yard when outside.. but didn't recognise that blanket and said what is Worf playing with ....after it landed "Oh my gosh that is the kitten...it was in front of sliding door do not use how long this had be going on BUT I left table and ran outside to rescue kitten WHEN HE CAME INTO KITCHEN WITH ME he stood in front of table and he was soaking wet with fur just dripping on bot sides of body he was just a few months old and lived with worf his whole life, and loved him (when in home) EXTREMELY CEARFUL AFTER THAT to ensue cat not out when WORF put outside.
