we know some people don't pay attention to lights and be on there phone etc. but driving even though you choose the mirror look both ways. this could lead to a lawsuit depending on the judge. that driver will. probably lose his license and his job and end up in jail. he will have to take an drug test etc.

okay. I'm very confused. I need to see what happened about 30 seconds prior. because. she was not walking. looks like she was bent over? maybe picking something up. but he also was not going fast. so it looks like maybe. and I'm only speculating here. maybe he was at the red light. she went to walk thru and dropped something. bent down to pick it up. and perhaps at the red-light he looked down and didn't see that she didn't walk clear the walk way????? but to leave the scene. but how do we know he didn't just pull the truck over to the side. which I know you are not supposed to do. but if you are parked over a person I would think to move the car so people could get to the person easier. I dunno I need more context. cuz sometimes people are out trying to get a pay day by doing these kinds of things to people. and the fact someone just happen to be recording?? that even more makes it sketchy. like what could they have been recording over there prior to that taking place.
maybe if Amazon paid it's employees as well as UPS does this wouldn't have happened. the Amazon driver should face jail time & never be permitted to drive any vehicle for the rest of his life
