I am a delivery driver I don't ever mess with nobody's food I wouldn't want nobody to mess with mine it don't matter how much money they give you use a tip to even mess with somebody's food that's disrespectful
i mostly tip in cash to ensure the driver gets it all, but I always send them a message letting them know. you have no business writing a note like that 😡

I'm a bartender and I tend to refuse tips. especially if all I did was pop open a bottle of corona or some ish. I know I didn't do enough to earn a tip. Most people kinda feel a way when I refuse it. like, I know I didn't work my ass off opening that bottle for you or pouring a drink. I still get a paycheck, I'm good on the tip, please keep it. Now if you're sitting there and ordering back to back drinks, then maybe I'll accept it. 🤷🏼♀️

Since when is a tip automatic, this drives me nuts. Gratuity is a shown way of gratitude because you went over and above your job not because people ordered on their phone and you picked it up and drove it to their house. It’s kind of your job. Next time go out of your way to make their experience so much better and you will be surprised on how much money you will actually make.
Did you miss it she was attempting to pay her a cash tip. She's doing her job if you get a tip good, but you're not entitled to one. Plus, you don't know how long it took to get the food and if it was cold .
