what happened before the teacher became irrate? their is always a beginning, a middle, and an end result . I am not saying the substitute is right with his behavior, but what did the student do to the teacher before he said all that he has said ?,young people know your place, and respect is needed in a classroom. When a substitute comes to a classroom, students should show respect .not act like if they are the one in control of the class. Why did the substitute say little black kid? and why didn't the student tape the beginning of the conversation instead of in the middle of the heated conversation 😒 in everything there is cause and effect 🙄 and to the father don't feel bad because no one knows what your son has done to cause the reaction from the substitute. all we know is what we are hearing on the video tape , but we don't know what your son did before he started video taping!
This behavior has nothing to do with a phone or a camera. There are so many teachers who don't like the job or the children. That hate teaching. I personally witnessed many arguments with teachers and students involved in a discussion that soon went south quickly. Some students can be disrespectful. I have been in the classroom for years as a teacher. Yes, there are some rough kids both white and black, but I have never been unkind to any child. After retiring, I went to a high school to sub that was full of future farmers, you know the ones that drive the big loud trucks, and they were mostly white. One white kid came to me and told me that I was going to have problems because the white students didn't like black people. I was so glad when they got into their big tires loud trucks and left school. Do these people not realize that DNA will tell them how black they are.
No more teaching for him. Thank God for phones.
