I stay at Hilton garden inns all over the country and these people treat me like I'm gold all you got to do is follow the rules man and it's not that hard to walk outside if you're going to smoke I'm a smoker just go downstairs or they will accommodate you and put you on the first floor so you don't have to go up and down the elevator all the time this is ridiculous he got what he deserved.

Anyone with common sense knows to be discreet when breaking smoking rules. Smokers know placing a towel inside the room, tucked closely against the door is a better option at stopping smells from escaping. Had he been smoking, he wouldn’t have videotaped the encounter, NOR OPENED THE DOOR, or posted the video, DUH!!
