What a lot of people forget is, if you see somebody committing a crime.You can legally detain them even as a civilian.It's called a citizen's arrest
If the officer asked this customer to leave and he doesn’t, he could be considered trespassing. He should’ve been arrested and given the boot. If he had a problem with being kicked out, there’s always a way to bring his concerns to corporate.

Clearly, the man is delivering what looks like an order of pizzas to the store. And if you could’ve listened in at the end of it, he’s asking for them to pay him. I wouldn’t leave either without getting paid. Because people actually work hard for their money. Delivery drivers don’t even make that much to begin with. If you don’t pay, they have to pay for it.
