Yeah that’s fucking illegal. Because people give up information when a deal is made meaning the judge essentially lied to get a confession. Deals are the same as a contract and she just through that out the window, also, screws his chances of a fair trial now because like I said before probably admitted to certain shit for the plea deal. I’m not supporting what he did, but I don’t stand for this illegal shit the injustice system just did. If they do it to him, they will do it to you. My cousin was shot and killed by her husband because the judges kept letting him out the next day. She had a protective order against him, he went to jail but the judge let him out that day. My beautiful cousin was murdered because of the judges, she left behind 2 children that now has no mother, he turned the gun on himself, there is no justice!

I've noticed that she has a tendency to not agree with the plea.Bargain that they have come up with.So my question is why do they even bother when she's going to do what she wants to do anyways? in certain cases, I can understand such as violent offenses, sexual abuse however, the first thought I get is that she's overstepping the D.A. as if they don't have a clue how to do their job.

I appreciate no nonsense judges that dole out justice. Especially in modernity, when we have Soros/globalist judges everywhere engineering societal decay with pro-criminal legal systems. However, that is kind of rubbish.. to have someone agree to a deal, that means they forfeit their trial and plead guilty or no contest. You could entice them into a deal they would not normally take otherwise with an offer of 6 months.. even if they thought they had a case, they go with that instead of the gamble. Then the judge just slaps them with 20 years anyway.

usually an agreement is to proceed conviction. which means to skip a lengthy and costly trial. I don't think what the judge just did is legal and could over turn all of the conviction. but it's easy to make assumptions from a short clip.
