I remember when this happened. The officers had spoken with the management at this store about the amount of frivolous/false calls this guy had made and they suspected racial motivation. They (LE) knew him by name he called so much. Management disregarded the police concerns.

The police had reported to Walmart that he had a history of making numerous false calls and claims to police.

I remember this incident. the employee called in to 911 that this man was shoplifting. but when the cops arrived the man had no stolen items on him, then the employee changed his story. also, this POS employee had a habit of calling in false alarms. so this was the last straw. the police Chief announced that they would not be take anymore shoplifting calls at this Walmart.
He should've been able to sue both , the store and it's employees that way the store doesn't have to burden the stupidity and racism of some of their employees! they need to apply that to applicants and that way the employees can be responsible as well!
