What a freakin nightmare‼️ I can honestly say I have never used any food delivery 🚚 service in the last 15 years. I just go pick up my own food. Definitely 💯 safer that way. One just never knows what they are doing to your food prior to delivery. It’s a crazy effed up world 🌍 we are living in these days. I trust NO ONE…..especially not a stranger/delivery driver!!! I deliver food sometimes and I have never come close or even thought about acting like this. I treat everyone the same tip or not. Most people find themselves running a little short sometime and if they don't tip maybe they'll catch you the next time. Everybody has to eat!!!

I’ve been delivering pizzas for Dominos for over 5 years now and I’ve never messed with someone’s food, even if I know I’m not getting a tip. I honestly didn’t know why she was trying to take the food back until I read the comments. We never know if we’re getting a tip until we get their door. Doing something like this would get you fired so quick it would make your head spin. I doubt this is real, but you never know. 😏

It’s very sad how little these gig companies pay their employees. If people only knew how little these gig companies driver makes for each delivery, drivers might see more tips. I literally thought that everybody tipped for human services as that’s how I was brought up. I became a driver for a couple of these gig companies Uber, Lyft, uber eats etc and I was absolutely blown away at the ridiculously low number of people that actually tip their drivers. You can even provide the most perfect experience delivering promptly, using your own heat bags to keep the customers food hot / cold and provide the most friendly service and still there is a huge number of folk who believe that a tip isn’t warranted. FYI the gig companies take in a larger portion of the cost that the customer pays…

This may be scripted, but I have seen one where a driver puts nasty notes in no-tip orders. I do DoorDash as a side hustle in a semi-rural area, I take almost every order I get and still make a profit. I will never understand those that want to make a scene about “no-tippers.” Just decline the order or deal with the order you chose!
Wtff I recently started delivering and my worst night yet was pouring rain and nobody was tipping for some reason and when they did it was like $1 or $2 and it was annoying and I’m poor and not the best mental state but I would still not handle it like this at all I would just do it I know I’m still making more then I’m losing most of the time at least if not it’s usually because it had the wrong address or something like that

This is why I have never had food delivered and I never will. You have no idea what people are doing to your food between the restaurant to your house.
