The customer was an ass. The cashier was absolutely correct, and professional in her delivery. Had it been me I'm not sure I would have been polite especially after the comment about if you don't like your job.

She should have explained that the prepairers where confused when she changed up and I will address the conduct. Even if she don't. Learn how to order food was the wrong approach. For the record the manager already had an attitude.
