Actually I’m no dollar tree employee but your policy is you can exchange for different product but no refunds so get retrained and get aquatinted with the policy’s that employees are ruled! Also your attitude sucks so you don’t speak that way to anyone especially customers stop acting like you’re understanding of a policy is false so that would make me want be accurate with the know all ends all u made the rule get right you don’t belong in a customer service position.
