Altercation: According to police, Francois confronted Ricardo Clemons Jr., 45, who was loitering. A physical fight broke out, during which Francois allegedly used pepper spray and a baton before fatally shooting Clemons. Charges: Francois was charged with second-degree murder.

The man that was killed was just try to defend himself from an overzealous Barney Fife, with to many weapons, no training in de-escalation. There are a lot of untrained Security Officers out there.
