Pranks stop becoming pranks when the person getting pranked gets physically effected by the prankster. I.e getting sprayed, getting hit with flying pillows coming from across store isles ( we’ve all seen those videos ) ANY type of physical contact that disturbs the person getting pranked. And thus turns into assault and I well within my rights to defend myself and send one of these guys into the shadow realm.
Just get him arrested for assault. Pretty easy to prove it wasnt an accident using his previous videos. It wont be a ton of trouble for him but will cost him some money and time. You cant really attack bc he uses the camera to ensure his safety.
