This is why females live longer than males.
I did a rope swing on a huge tree and stood on the roof of an old milk truck. All I could reach was the knot on the bottom of the rope and jumped. When I swung out to the highest point of the swing I let go and dropped feet first.And I went down about 15 feet in the water and ended up knee deep in mud and I couldn't get loose, I was twisting and shaking and was running out of air. I finally got out and just barely made it to the surface.

In my younger days I did something similar to this without the flips! lol 😂 I was on a rope with with the giant knot to put your feet on, and asI was swinging out to the water, I looked down and a gators 🐊 head popped up and everyone was screaming at me to let go and I slammed into the tree and held on to the rope for dear life. Why didn’t I let go, screamed my gf? Gators in the water! I screamed back at her, and when they looked down at the water, the 🐊 gator came out of the water and 15 people scrambled back up to the ground. Someone had to drive their car up to the tree and I dropped down onto the hood and I crawled into an open window and told my gf to drive me to the hospital! When I hit the tree I broke my ribs and and had lots of cuts and bruises. I never did it again! The doctor said I was so lucky 🍀 So they built a Hotel and where we would swing from, was all gone! That’s where the hotel put the swimming pool! I thought later, how ironic life is 🤔🙏🏼💕

My young cousin swung out on a rope swing and his head hit a tree root in the water, breaking his neck, and died. Fifteen years old! Such a tragedy for his family!
