But since the 80s shotty workmanship has been intertwined with greed and shortcuts… find me a road that hasn’t needed to be completely replaced built in the past 40 yrs or a building thats not having problems…

The Duge bridge is built in a region with brittle and loose limestone karst formations, prone to caves and cracking which is why there is already erosion signs on the supporting rock sides which has been heavily documented, Designers had to repeatedly adjust the bridge’s location and height to avoid unstable geological features, even by the biggest CCP shills this won't last even 20 years 😂 The Chinese have a history of horrible infrastructure tbf so it tracks
