Real. You can see the effect on the water in the approach. And, if I’m sit mistaken, at this point the engines are reversed to allow slowdown for the plane to hook onto the metal wires so it won’t run across the deck and fall in the ocean!

Definitely NOT an Aircraft Carrier built in the U.S. as the Aft part of the Flight Deck is cut off. American Carriers Aft section of the Flight Deck extends across the entire width without being chopped off like in this video. I was on both Forrestal and Nimitz Class Carriers and none of them were of this design and not the Ford Class either is my guess.
