how incredible. they are both incredible. him dangling a whole adult woman on his one hand while she does gymnastics in his palm is legendary man type behavior. dude is a "man among men" and that's a fact. I guarantee you he's the most confident young man you'd ever meet. Strength is measured relative to your body mass, typically. Lifting more than your bodyweight if when things start becoming notable. Generally: 1 - 1.25x your bodyweight for shoulder press, 1.5x for bench press, 2x for squat, and 2.5x for deadlift. This fella is using momentum to toss .3 his bodyweight.. which isn't really significant in the least. Good shoulder stability, though.
