Extremely dangerous……. unknown debris can be hidden, jammed, stuck below the surface and not seen………what if any safety measures are in place to rescue you?…….. scope out the water, surrounding area……is it safe?……..am I allowed to to do this with out putting first responders in harms way if I fail……use some common sense…… lead…… do not follow the herd
