I don't think anyone can make a fair call on this situation because we none have a clue as to what factors contributed to this besides the obvious fact the jumper showed no desire to assist at the end. it's a sad thing and I'm truly sorry for the loss of her life but I couldn't cast blame on to the very ones trying to save her because her actions or lack of is the primary contributor to her life being lost.

There should be a strength requirement for these rescuers, or equipment to manage the weight of the person needing assistance.
