No wait a minute Tom is a good coach. The problem with Tomlin is he’s a players coach. He doesn’t coach it from the business aspect of it. Anybody in the NFL if their goal ain’t to reach the Super Bowl and win it every season then they got no business showing up in an NFL game and that what the Pittsburgh Steelers have been doing ever since Tomlin got there you are measured by success in the NFL by how many Super Bowls you win as we know common won one Super Bowl with Mike Coward team so Tomlin only has one Super Bowl, which was a loss of the Green Bay Packers. The guy can’t win the playoff games he can get you through a season with a lot of success but he can’t get you into the playoffs and win the Super Bowl. He’s been trying for 19 years and he got it.
Coach Tomlin overstayed his tenure at Pittsburgh . He was given the keys to a 70's muscle car , we all no that! Taking care of it is twice as hard! Nobody in Pittsburgh is expected to change that thought. It's not a newer franchise like Jacksonville or Houston
So much mediocrity and ownership stood idly by

Tomlin was 3-10 in The playoffs in his last 16 years! He couldn’t get the job done and. 3 wins in 16 years?? His a** should have been fired!!!
Pittsburgh is meek compared to Philadelphia or New York. Mike is a good coach but Chuck Noll was a great coach. No playoff win since 2016. It's time to pass the torch.
Mike said it himself the Standard is the Standard! He wasn’t fired he stepped down. He accomplished something never done ! Never a losing season 19 years! Best wishes in whatever path you choose moving forward !
The man is a legend. You won't sell ads and promotions for your broadcaster by making disparaging comments against this coach and future Hall of Famer. Longest tenyor, the most wins, and saying Tomlin and everyone knows the Steelers and Pittsburgh. Legends are rare. Pittsbugh and the Steelers have been so lucky. Quit the whinnying!!!!
