my cousin cuts trees. they hired a 19 year old kid. get running under were they were cutting grabbing wood to throw in truck. my cousin kept warning him not to do that. one day a branch came down through his hard hat and killed him not even a couple months on the job

I've paused & replayed this several times and it really does look like the branch took his head off. Plus, the part of the branch that hit dude has a sharp point and it went towards him in an upward motion. So all that plus the heavy weight of it, I do believe his head or most of it was in fact taken off.
