So they connected wires to that breaker box, which obviously isn't their's, then created two outlets to steal another person's energy. I've actually had to do this. When I was working in Detroit on some houses that didn't have the electric turned on. This happens quite often. Went into many houses and found people just crashed out everywhere. Man I miss home sometimes (Detroit)!
