even when my boys were 1 and closed the door when I was right behind them. I always knocked.. and said Hello?? Can I come in? and wait for a response.. If no response within 30 seconds or so.. I say HEY.. I'm coming in OK?? and wait again and if still no answer I Open the door while knocking.. 9 times out of 10 I get a response onnthe 1st knock... and if I have to go on they are normally not in there.. Its happened a few times (I have 4 boys) where once I got to the 3rd knock went in and apon my exit....my son was standing right behind me and made me pee a bit!! 🤣🤣 MEANIE HEADS!! You can't have just one child they say... they'll be lonley... OH you have only boys...you NEED a girl they say.. and I end up with 4 stinky boys MEAN BOYS! 🤣🤣🤣 ON a good note I MADE them get their CPR cards so when they scare the life outta me they can bring me back! 👍
