Kidnapping, what other charges can we think of because somebody else might think this is a prank? But I think that they put that truck in impoverished neighborhood to actually cause harm to people, whether you suspect them of stealing or not, you put it in that environment because of that said situation, they would possibly try to steal now, you're kidnapping them, you can possibly cause them bodily harm.
