if you're talking about the one who fell through , you can't really blame them, the first one made it so the second one assumed it would be fine. The only insult they deserve for anything is the fact they did that to begin with, not because they fell through. If I was young and following my older brother, I'd have done the same thing. All people especially young, learn from experience. I wouldn't say that they're stupid dumb or not the sharpest tool in the shed.
