Any kid who physically hurts their baby sibling on purpose needs to feel it. They already know that it's not kind..
If a bigger kid is enjoying food, have something for the baby so the baby doesn't mug the bigger kid. Little kids arguing over each other's food should not be happening. We are not rationed yet.
