My on issue is that the teacher never turned around to assure it was dad.
The little girl didn't do anything wrong. she saw her Daddy and wanted to be with him as fast as possible. If he wasn't there , I believe she would have stayed with the teacher. Teacher looked first, saw the Dad and gave the little girl the " go ahead,Go to your daddy, Permission. Nothing wrong here!

The teacher looked over her shoulder when the child said her daddy was there and then got out of line and moved to the front of the group, said again my daddy’s hear, that’s when the teacher said ok.

Too late to think about a ratio after they get hit or injured. Safety comes first. Always have a worker or volunteer to assist you! Sometimes when one child starts to run it stimulates others to do the same! Beside you can see the Teacher struggling. 💕

the child ran across the road that child should have been stopped whoever that person is who supposed to be watching their children should have got fired you never know if that would have been her dad what if it was just some stranger at the same kind of car that was kind of scary if there for a minute that's a baby that's a toddler who gets barely walking around and you don't stop the child from crossing the street there's something wrong with the adults and to watch children if they let that child run on her own across the street
