This is merely a BRIDGE to the other side. It isn't gonna damage that boat. Obviously, that bridge is meant for flat-bottom boats. AND, this guy's boat was built to USE this bridge. IF you look at the boat as it slides along, you can see a large HANDLE on the side of the boat used to STEADY the driver while he is standing in the boat to quickly lever the prop outta the water. Nothing unusual here to see.

Nope, that motor is known as a "Gatortail" and is capable of propelling a flat bottom boat through dense vegetation and over slender land masses between bodies of water. It was developed in South Louisiana and is actively being manufactured and currently being sold nationwide...😎👍
