watch the other pilots hands lay there limp flopping around and at the end of the clip they become alive again and you hear the guy say "what happened?" And the guy steering the plane looks over at the other guy and sees that he's coherent and awake . seems to me this was a case of the actual pilot or instructor going unconscious or possibly having aa seizure and the less experienced one having to take over to save their lives or atleast attempt to.
