Yeah, that's not Y2K Lol That's back in the 70's. Easy to tell by the clothes, hair, and smoking on campus. I went to high school in the 90's. Couldn't smoke on my school campus. Pretty sure no school campuses allowed that in the 90's, and definitely not in the 2K's. The quality of the video itself screams 70's.
