some people say the original godfather was the greatest epic of all times, but nothing will ever approach the greatness of this film. it really changed the way I judge movies subjectively. nothing approaches it, and I don't think another movie ever will. I watch it every few months... it never gets old

think about this; what other actor could play role Al Pacino played as scarface. it was magic... the way he played his character was magic. I think... I don't remember for certain... but I think he walked away with an Oscar for his role. if he didn't, he should have. no other actor would have been able to fill the role he played in the film; not before or after. he was the greatest villain of all times
