Anybody can do it, but only the skilled can do it like this.
also using mesh tape was not allowed unless it was hot mud that was probably all purpose sure it will probably be just fine but not as good as paper tape not just my opinion specs

putting 5 times the mud needed with sticky taping mud would add up on your arm I did mostly veneer plaster lot of arm work
That is some good mudding. Would not mind painting behind you. All of that helps make the paint job look good too.
That mesh tape is only good for patches. You have to use paper for flats and butt joints and corners.

You're using soft mud that's going to crack you. did that wrong? cannot use fiberglass tape with soft compound
