And it's gonna continue to sit...aint no one gonna pay 4k for an apartment that isn't in Manhattan itself. Per the scenery outside, this is FAR away from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan. The owners are charging entirely too much, period! In the BX, a MUCH BIGGER APARTMENT in a brand new building ...is only 2,700$?
