People have no idea how much infrastructure they’re actually is underground in New York. You could walk for days and not go down the same tunnel twice. You could disappear down there. I don’t understand why they don’t use a lot of that extra space for sheltering homeless. You could easily retrofit a lot of that that’s not in use.
