So this is NOT AI. This occurred at least in March of 2024 in Hampton, NH (maybe since then as well). They have been having an ongoing issue with this happening in the Hampton Beach/Hampton Harbor area of NH. The garbage can in the garage has the seal of the Town of Hampton, NH on it.

I just want to warn anyone who might think about buying them. They're neither quilted nor fabric, & they're a cheap plastic/fabric bag, not a basket at all. The bottom fabric is the cheapest part of all, & they fall over, not standing up as shown. I foolishly ordered the 4 pack of the cat on books, planning to give them as gifts but I'd never burden anyone with this trash! The pictures aren't cute either, the cat is very Chinese looking (no insult intended to any person). This is basically false advertising & a real scam!! Don't trust anything
