This is why they give evacuation orders when a hurricane is coming. You know it's coming for several days before it arrives, so get the important stuff and get out of harms way. BTW, if you decide to go outside in that, leave your umbrella home. It's not going to help, and you turn yourself into a lightning rod. AND if you're standing there, videoing a tornado a block away, get your sorry azz into a tub with a mattress on top of you. It's not much, but it can possibly help. But the best choice? Get the hell out of town in the first place.
