This is what happens when you build in flood zons that have been dry for a while. The water ALWAYS comes back eventually. Whatever is there won't be for long.. Seen it happen here in Florida. Another time I worked for a contractor that built in a dried up wetland on top of peat. They filled it all in as required & built homes. Rains came, peat got saturated, house literally started pulling apart. Contractor refused to deal with the people. I told them to call a lawyer. POS contractor!
It's past time to leave.
Why didn't their god prevent this from happening??
this is what happens when you build to close to rivers. the states should require a flood plain easement with no building.

yes, my parents and grandmother were in the Flood in Southern Illinois back in 1930s the Ohio and Mississippi. Whole towns were underwater. Was told horror stories God Bless you!
