Well, yes, and no. It depends on what kind of media you’re consuming on your phone. I like a ton of educational stuff. I may unwind at times with entertainment videos, but the amount of stuff that I’ve learned from reading and watching stuff on my smart phone is unquantifiable after all these years. if you’re not watching the Kardashians and actually watching something intelligent that’s making you learn something then it’s not really bad is it?
The crazy part is I wouldn’t have seen this if I wasn’t staring at my hand 🤣🤣🤣

I'm a recovering addict, and my wife has never used. She doesn't see what I mean about the phone becoming an addiction. I noticed it with myself, took steps towards making sure it's not the first thing I do when I get up, or before bed. and leave it on charge to spend time with my wife and pets. even though you may be there physically, having your phone out is disrespectful to the person you are with. Just look at these pictures, how stupid the people look ignoring the real people around them...
