Rousy was Strikeforce Women’s Champ and UFC Champ. She was an amazing athlete in Judo. Her coach messed her up and filled her head with invincibility. Rousy was great from the start, but when her coach diluted her strengths w awful striking, she lost it all. She forgot what made her great.

Whoever gassed Ronda up about her standup needs to never coach another fighter again. She could have submitted the whole roster and I’d have still watched. Everyone knew the armbar was coming, and still couldn’t stop it. The TKO over Bethe Correia was the worst thing to happen to Ronda. She thought she could stand and bang, and her coaches let her. Damn shame.
