I officiated for 15 years and there is no such thing as an “illegal touchdown”. Something is either a TD or not. According to football rules the goal extends beyond the sideline and crossing the “goal line extended” is a TD.

That's not illegal that is a TD he was in the air out of bounds ( but his body never touched) & the ball crossed the goal line & he crossed it in the air ( Its perfect legal )
