That’s Miami. Sharks in every corner of water and alligators in every corner.
While thousands of sharks (mostly Blacktips) migrate near Miami's coast, coming close to shore, actual "ashore" incidents (beached) are rare; shark attacks are also very infrequent in Miami-Dade compared to other Florida areas, with only about 19-20 documented attacks since the late 1800s, showing sharks generally avoid people despite being present.
