Sweetheart, please tell me that you used those ocular speculums just for this video. If you need those to put your contacts in or out of your eyes, you need to practice doing it without them. No one should do that to their eyes every single day. What if you suddenly need to remove your contact lenses in your daily life? Do you carry those in your purse?
