I graduated college. could not get a job in my field in Los Angeles, because i do mot speak spanish. was told by at least 100 places i meed to speak spanish. I had to move 90 miles away to get a job. so where the hell is my "white privilege?"
I'm white. And I've not been hired on jobs. Because of Affimative Action. that is giving preference to the black applicant over a white person.

I'm white and it took me and my wife both part-time jobs to equal one full-time job. Now if I was a foreigner and came in an illegally, I would have a nice home that they would have given me. What doesn’t see to be understood is that white privilege is a concept mostly limited and starting at the higher middle tier of society which is predominantly white. The lines though aren’t always so defined or obvious and there are a lot of exceptions involved. They generally come from privileged families that have access to more resources and normally better ones. This includes a better education, better connections, better work opportunities, indications to lucrative business opportunities, better healthcare, and so forth. If you look at the extremely high end of white society their roots go far back to include lineage involved directly with establishing the foundations of this country. Look up the family history of Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, or Ken Griffin for example and those will give you a looking glass into the making of white privilege. But this certainly does not apply to lower class or poor whites which there are many of also.
