when they aren't in uniform with a badge and no identifying patch and in unmarked cars, no warrant, you don't have to believe they are ICE. It's probably a good idea to assume they are not ICE. They are breaking the law and violating the Constitution. The Bill of Rights applies to anyone on our soil - anyone! Our friends and allies don't recognize us anymore. This is a serious departure from the American spirit and what the founding fathers had hoped for us.

People in US who call themselves citizens are not sovereign, they are subjects of the political two party rulers. Sovereign means independent of any foreign rulership. when US was founded the Citizen was "Sovereign", they put in place a government they controlled, that would present a unified face against all other Sovereign nations form of governments The Sovereign Citizen movement has been around far longer than U.S Constitution writings. In fact it even predates the British Magna Charta, that authenticated its existence.
