I really don't think the young black gentleman has a clue of the point Charlie is making or what he is talking about. The point Charlie is making is not about race at all. he is referring to the best man for the job.

They lowered the testing standards for pilots and air traffic controllers so they could get more minorities certified because most of the people passing under the original standards were white.

my father was denied a job when I was a kid because he was white and per diversity they didn't have enough black people. he was more qualified than the person they gave the job to but they told him they couldn't hire him because he was white.

In many fire departments the women take a physical test different than the men . It’s much much easier . They have to fit less weight and go up fewer stairs carry much less. Same in the police department. It’s a joke and not safe for the public !!
