They lowered the testing standards for pilots and air traffic controllers so they could get more minorities certified because most of the people passing under the original standards were white.

In many fire departments the women take a physical test different than the men . It’s much much easier . They have to fit less weight and go up fewer stairs carry much less. Same in the police department. It’s a joke and not safe for the public !!
