What's not talked about is the single parent dynamics which exists in the black community .It takes a father in the home to guide the children and, support them in their endeavors. Another item not talked about is the system that was originally created to help support a struggling family. Has now become the only income and a way of life for people not willing to take personal responsibility for themselves!! A helping hand up, is different than a hand out! Take the money away! Take responsibility for yourself or go hungry!
