The fact that each kid has their own handshake is amazing! He’s pouring into them on a different level. He built a personal bond, I bet all of their grades are great in his class. They probably all participate in activities and discussions. I love this for them and pray that there’s more like him teaching our youth.
An excellent lesson who understands his students, respects them and they have mutual respect. He has a special hand shake for each one! That school is blessed to have him and his students knows he always have their backs!
My kids School literally DOES A greeting of each student every morning via addressing each child by name upon entry into the classroom, but this is absolutely AWESOME!! 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾 Love It!!
I bet you every single one of those kids respect that teacher to the fullest and always participate in class and put everything they have into their work for this teacher and all it took was him to take the time to learn a different handshake for each child and show that he cares
