first of all you dont boil rice. you boil water. add rice stir and remove from heat with lid. 15 minutes late perfect rice. also dont stir leave rice alone

Looks more like rice pudding. One the water starts to boil you put the lid back on and don’t touch it for another 18 minutes with the gas turned way down. You can even turn the gas off and just allow it to steam. After 18 minutes you can fluff the perfect rice
